麦冬甾体皂苷的植物化学研究

本司研发部对麦冬中甾体皂苷进行了系统的分离和结构解析研究,从中分离得到17个甾体皂苷,包括5个新麦冬甾体皂苷,分别命名为Ophiojaponins A-E, 12个已知甾体皂苷分别为26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β,26-diol-25(R)-furost-5,20(22)-dien 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1-2)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Pallidiflosides A, Ruscogenin 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -2)-4-O-sulfo-β-D-fucopyranosido-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Ophiopogonin C, Ophiopogonin D, Ruscogenin 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-4-O-sulfo-β-Dfucopyranoside, ophiopogonin D′, (25R)-spirost-5-ene-3β,14α,17α-triol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-D-glucopyranoside, Ophiopojaponin C, 14-hydroxydiosgenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)- [β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)]- β-D-glucopyranosidePennogenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)- [β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-4)]- β-D-glucopyranoside。相关研究结果发表在国际天然产物权威杂志Phytochemistry上,文章如下:
